Welcome to Model Mondayz!
Model Mondayz is a space to come and rub elbows with people that understand how you may feel – good, bad or indifferent. Having the opportunity to connect outside of the spotlight allows you to truly see and learn the person behind the brand. Trust and true relationship building are based off of genuine non prompted interaction. We are curating a space where it’s a must that you come as the authentic you…get back to business after the Monday Night Vibe!
The mission behind Model Mondayz was to create a social atmosphere for members and supporters of the fashion, beauty, music, and lifestyle industries. We wanted all to have an opportunity to network and party with likeminded individuals. It also serves as a space to incubate collaboration and partnership. Our industries are so clique like; we wanted to make a space where all can feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed.
The primary reason to attend is simple – YOU will experience a different world and circle of great people at Model Mondayz! It’s an amazing vibe with amazing people that literally gather with the hopes of doing amazing things in conjunction with someone else amazing! We spend some time networking over happy hour, we transition to a feature of the night and then, we party…and get this, it’s over at a respectable time! You can still be productive on Tuesday!

No matter which way you turn, line dancing continues to pop up in different venues around the world. You’ll find line dancing on the dance floors of birthday parties, school dances, social functions, and clubs. Anywhere you can find a gathering of people in the mood to dance, you will no doubt run across a choreographed line dance of some sort.
Line dancing is for everyone. Your age, fitness level, and dancing ability are all irrelevant. Nobody cares who you are or how well you dance. All that matters is that you have a great time learning new dances. Who knows, you might choreograph your own sensational line dance. Not only is line dancing an entertaining activity, it gives you the opportunity to meet people in a fun and relaxed environment. No stuffy dinner parties with this crowd! Instead, look forward to meeting a unique group of people who all share a passion for this intriguing type of dance.
A LINE DANCE is choreographed dance related to country music with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows without regard for the gender of the individuals, all facing the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. The exercise aspect alone is enough to encourage even the least coordinated individual to get out on the dance floor and learn some moves.
Regardless of your music taste or athletic ability, line dancing has something to offer. It is a fascinating combination of exercise, choreography, socialization, and entertaining music. Every dance is different and every dance group has their own steps.
Line dancing is not just country anymore either. From classic folk moves to the latest hip-hop grooves, line dancing will have you hooked on dance for years to come.
DURING THIS CLASS:
Instructor teaches easy-to-follow specific line steps to the beat and accompaniment of Hip Hop, RnB, and Trap Music
- Improves heart and lung function
- Strengthens muscles and bones, reducing the risk of osteoporosis
- Improves posture, coordination, agility and flexibility
- Stimulates the brain
- Increases energy
- Burns calories, helps with weight loss
- Increases the fun quotient!
New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers!
- Prepare to sweat
ATTIRE & WHAT TO BRING:
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
- WATER!! (Water bottles will be provided)
